🔄 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy
At Ahaliba, we want every woman to feel confident and excited about her purchase.
If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.
Please carefully review our return, refund, and cancellation terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns (US Orders Only)
Ahaliba accepts returns only for US customers.
To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be submitted within 6 days of the delivery date.
(We use a 6-day window to ensure timely processing and protect against fulfillment delays.) -
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

The item must match the order number and SKU provided.
Returns outside this timeframe or under these conditions may be refused.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned (Final Sale)
The following categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded, or canceled for any reason:

Swimwear

Lingerie & intimates

Bodysuits
-
Jewelry

Beauty products

Face masks
-
Clearance items (if marked as Final Sale)
3. No Exchanges (Store Policy)
We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or color, please submit a return request (if eligible) and place a new order.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Exception: If the item is defective or there was an error in your order, we will cover the return costs or offer a replacement/refund without requiring a physical return.
5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Submit your request within 48 hours of delivery
We will prioritize your case and offer a replacement or refund.
6. Time to Process Returns & Refunds
Once your return request is approved:

Please allow 1–2 business days for instructions to be emailed.

Once the item is received at the warehouse and approved:
Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Up to 3 business days on weekends (Fri–Sat)

Return windows are calculated based on these response times.
8. Cancellations Policy
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen.
To keep fulfillment fast and smooth:

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.

After 1 hour, the order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.

If the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

You may still request a return once the item arrives.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
